Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 May 2026

These Terms apply to your use of junsstudio.net and any quotes or proposals discussed afterwards. Project-specific contracts (signed separately) take precedence over these Terms for any active engagement.

About Juns Studio

Juns Studio is a sole proprietorship operated from Denmark by Juns. The studio offers web design, development, automation, and AI-agent build services to businesses and individuals.

Our services

We sell custom services, not standardised products. Pricing, scope, and timelines are agreed per project in a written proposal or contract. Anything described on this website is illustrative — the binding terms for any engagement are in your specific quote or contract.

How engagements work

Negotiation happens through our contact form, email, Slack, video calls, or in person. We do not take payment through this website. After a quote is accepted, a separate project contract sets out deliverables, milestones, payment schedule, and intellectual property terms.

Acceptable use

When using this website you agree not to: - Submit false or fraudulent information through forms. - Attempt to scrape, overload, or break the site. - Use the contact form or waitlist for spam, harassment, or any illegal purpose. - Reverse-engineer or copy non-public parts of the site or services. We may block or report abuse.

Intellectual property

Content on this website (copy, design, code, logos) is © Juns Studio. The 'Juns Studio' name and lockup are protected. Public open-source projects we publish are governed by their stated licences. For client work, ownership of deliverables transfers per the project contract — typically on full payment.

Liability

The website is provided 'as is.' We do our best to keep it accurate and online but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free content. Where the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the website (excluding active client engagements, which are governed by their own contracts) is limited to direct damages and capped at €100.

Third-party links and services

We link to third-party sites (Discord, GitHub, etc.) for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes will be handled by Danish courts, with the City Court of Copenhagen as the venue of first instance, unless you have stronger consumer-protection rights under your local law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our practices change. The 'last updated' date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
