Foundation

Hatha Yoga

Hatha is the original yoga — a gentle, methodical practice of postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama). At Flow, our Hatha classes are slow and deliberate, giving you time to settle into each posture and understand its purpose. This is the perfect class if you're new to yoga, returning after a break, or simply craving something unhurried and deeply restorative.

What to bring

Mats and props are provided. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. Come with an empty stomach (no food 2 hours before).

Dynamic

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa means "to place in a special way" — and that is exactly what this class does with your body. Breath and movement are synchronised in creative sequences that flow from one posture to the next. Each of Maja's classes is different, which means you're always challenged, always growing, and never bored. Expect to sweat, to stretch, and to feel thoroughly alive.

Reformer Pilates

Our Balanced Body reformer machines create resistance through a spring system, allowing for low-impact but high-efficacy training. Lars designs each session around the Stott Pilates methodology, emphasising neutral spine, scapular stability, and precise muscle recruitment. Reformer Pilates is exceptional for post-injury rehabilitation, athletic cross-training, and anyone who wants a stronger, more functional body without the stress of high-impact exercise.

Therapeutic

Restorative Yin

Yin yoga is the counterbalance to our fast-paced lives. Postures are held for three to five minutes, allowing the connective tissues — fascia, ligaments, and joint capsules — to gradually release tension and increase flexibility. Ingrid weaves mindfulness, breathwork, and guided body-scan meditations into every session. Leave this class feeling profoundly calm and deeply rested.

Specialist

Prenatal Yoga

Designed specifically for expectant mothers from week 12 onwards. Ingrid is a certified prenatal yoga teacher who creates a safe, nourishing space to connect with your changing body. Gentle movements ease pregnancy discomforts, breathing techniques prepare you for labour, and the community of other expectant mothers is one of the most supportive spaces we offer.

Yoga for Stress & Burnout

A gentle, evidence-informed class developed for people experiencing high stress, burnout, or anxiety. We combine yoga nidra (yogic sleep), supported postures, and breathing regulation techniques. This is not a fitness class — it is a recovery class. Every element is chosen to calm an overactivated nervous system and restore a sense of safety and ease in the body.
