A ROASTERY BORN FROM OBSESSION
Ember started in 2018 when roastmaster Kristoffer Aabel converted a garage in Nørrebro into a one-man roastery. What began as a weekend obsession — cupping hundreds of beans, dialling in roast profiles for 18-hour stretches — grew quickly into something nobody expected.
Today we run two roasting facilities in Copenhagen and Aarhus, employing eight passionate people who care deeply about where coffee comes from and what it tastes like when it's done right. We're fussy. We're precise. And we think you can taste it.
